My whole family loves AOL. Even if T were to cut its rate to $5 for unlimited access, my wife would probably cut my left nut if I were to cancel AOL.

The point is simple, which most people who are AOL haters do not get it: AOL is just much more than an ISP, it is a content provider, simple to use, exactly what my family wants and needs. In short, they very much like AOL.
