G. Moore I don't think so. The flash memory will be used to store 1 & 0's that control (expanded)imbedded functions of the handset. I believe SST has some patents that give their products and advantage in this area. SNDK products (correct me if I'm wrong) primarily deal with external memory such as CF and even Smart Media which allow these products to be addressed as a standard external memory device. jjb
