Les Horowitz, I agree with your statement. "The first line of responsibility is the parents. The second line is the extended family. The third line is the neighbors and the church, and so on... As in Columbine, there are always signs that people can choose to heed or ignore." I apologize for offending Republicans. And I must say that it is also wrong to blame Democrats across-the-board for the same reasons.
