Fred: The leader at the momment on VPN's is CHKP. CHKP has strong agreements with Noika and Fitsju (spelling??) to sell their VPN and firewall products and have licensing with MSFT for NT. They also have tie ins with NT, NN and others. CSCO just announced a VPN product to be shipping in early July and they also entered into a licensing agreement with NETA. There is a tie in here with SUN as well (I forget) and SUN used to be aligned with CHKP (I beleive they didn't renew with CHKP after CHKP aligned with mr softie). I'm not sure about LU and I own some CHKP. Thats about all I know except CHKP has been executing very well while the others have stumbled a little bit this year. Tim
