Jeff, Some analysts have to upgrade INTC so that they and their clients could get out of INTC without harm. Small investors bought their upgrade and should start to dump INTC if the test to 140 fails today. I just bought 10 INQPF APR 130 puts @1 15/16. Keep in mind that dozen billions dollars on INTC is awaiting to a signal/price to rush to exit . The current volume is too low to sustain the 6 points up today.
