Are you really worried by $Bill and Paul Allen selling some of their shares? If you not joking let me clue you into the Puget Sound scene.

Berring is taking the football franchise out of Puget Sound. Paul stepped in and took an option to buy the Seahawks. During the last year Paul has negotiated with Wash. State legislature and local county people to build a stadium. Condemn part of downtown Seattle and re build a new center for Soccer and Football. This includes centers in Spokane and Yakama. Megabucks riding out there. Not to say anything about the park Paul bought property for at the Seattle side of Lake Union ... voters turned it down and now it needs to be developed as business. In Renton, Pauls people met with the city fathers to save a poluted site and develop it. The old Barbee mill site is more megabucks.

$Bill is well known in his gifts to the area. UofW hospital being given the mosst publicity. Other investments are needing his attention ... read this as megabucks.

Couple this with the rules that only certain windows of oportunity open for large sales of insiders and you have what I see as normal business dealing in Gates world ... certainly not going to affect the price of MSFT.
