I owe Discover Brokerage an apology. Looking at the intraday chart it did trade up to 39 3/4 and probably higher before dropping back a little. The encouraging thing is that it appears many more people stepped up to buy than sold to drive it down in the first place. bigcharts.com This may bring up my default settings but you can change the time to 1 or 2 days and frequency to 1 minute.
