Freeserve has 100 million shares outstanding and is trading at a $3.5 Billion market cap. What's interesting to me is the valuation of one of their subsidiaries: GlobalnetFinancial (GLBND). (FREE owns 13% of GLBND and has the right to buy up to 20%.) GLBND has a market cap of only $150 million of which $12 million is made up of the value of 575K shares of Telscan (TSCN-$21.50). GLBND is FREE's exclusive financial information site: www.uk-invest.com and has operations in the U.S. (www.microcap1000.com), Italy, Canada, and is about to open several other sites throughout Europe.
There is an incestous relationship between FREE, TSCN, GLBND, and General Electric. General Electric (U.S.) just put an additional $25 million in TSCN and owns now in excess of 15% of TSCN. Paul Allen (one of the two founders of MSFT) also owns 11% of TSCN.
TSCN also owns 10% of GLBND and has the rights, like FREE does, to own up to 20% of GLBND.
To learn more about GLBND (and in order to understand the $3.5 Billion market valuation of FREE) investors should call or write:
Robt. Prag of the DelMar Consulting Group
1-858-794-9500 (v)
1-858-794-9544 (f) or email: terpinca@aol.com
Bob Prag has been given the charter of providing Public Relations for GLBND for the next year and has a good line of communication to GLBND.

In addtion, many of you may not be aware that GLBND will be offering shortly on FREE, on-line brokerage in securities, commodites, and foreign exchange (uk-invest.com site), a first, and the beginning of a series of connections to Electronic Trading Networks that will connect all the exchanges throughout the world for the retail and institutional investment community.

In fairness of reporting, I would like to mention that I am a long term holder of GLBND and have no relation to the DelMar Consulting Group, but have found them very useful in providing information about GLBND. I have no short term opinion about the value or price of any of the above-mentioned companies but I believe each of the companies mentioned above to have good long term value as they are each building useful and profitable businesses. good luck investing.
