Certainly a possibility. RXSD has national brand presence and distribution- just go to your local chain drug and they are easy to spot. That makes them, in my opinion, very attractive to a conglomerated firm. I served on a board with a former GM of Lederle and he often talked about how profitable this segment was for them. RXSD, I think, has been beaten down by the FDA issues over their cellulite business. Even if you threw that whole segment in the dumper, they are still worth more than the current share price.
