I was speaking with JJ today and it appears that the AGM may be held on Monday, November 8 ... however, this is not yet definite. There is a possibility that the meeting could be held in Las Vegas instead of the San Diego area as it would be easier for more people to attend. This is not definite and if it is held in Vegas, it would be solely for the purpose of being more accessible. I would like to get feedback from everyone regarding (1) If they were planning on attending no matter where the meeting were held (2) If they would not have attended if the meeting were in the San Diego area but will attend if it were held in Vegas. If a majority would rather have it in Vegas, I need to get an approximate head count of attendees so that JJ can get a price. Obviously, the company does not wish to be extravagant. However, it seems that most people I have spoken to do not wish to fly to San Diego, stay at a hotel and just fly back ... but would be willing to fly to a place like Vegas and make a weekend of it.
