News came out at around 5 PM today . Npls is not going to offer the 150 million in notes because of bad "unfavorable market conditions" Thats a big reason the stock had sold off as much as it has over the last week , this type of news is always leaked out early . They did say that they are looking into other financing and should be able to secure it to finance growth . Considering the business they are in ( broadband) I would not worry about them getting financing, but NPLS may be a bit more sensitive to Interest rates issues considering this development. Mark
