But I wouldn't expect a rebound any time soon. I view the current goings-on at CDN and what's happening with the stock to be somewhat similar to another CAD market leader, PMTC. Admittedly, PMTC's market is entirely different from CDN's, and the details of why they fell are a bit different, but I think there are a lot of similarities, especially in the way these companies are viewed by Wall Street. PMTC took their fall last July and the stock hasn't yet recovered (although there has been some volatility the past couple of months). I expect to see similar action in CDN. IMO, buyers won't sustain any kind of price increase until earnings growth and visibility are regained, and that will take a long time. Throw in the new management and you have another reason to take a wait-and-see approach. I'd guess that this has a ways to go before it's once again embraced by investors.

On the other hand, if you're willing to park your money for a good while, have faith in the company, and don't want to time the rebound, I would agree that the bulk of the bad news has got to be out by now.
