Discovery Questions:

Topic: Establish Identity of Lynn Briggs

I think it is important that when we finally get to start discovery on ZSUN that we pin down Lynn Briggs.

We have evidence that Lynn Briggs was the CEO of ZSUN, prior to Tobin.

We need to establish the following:

1) Did Briggs have a position or ownership interest at IAM?
2) Did Briggs have a position or ownership interest at PT Dolok Permai?
3) Did Briggs have a position or ownership interest at Amber?
4) Did Briggs have a position or ownership interest at Veritas?
5) Did Briggs have any interest in the other stocks in the group?
6) Did any of these financial firms (IAM, Oxford, PT Dolok Permai, Amber (now called World Financial) participate in placing ZSUN/BTTF securites?
7) If Briggs was (or still is) involved with these shady brokerages did he disclose in the ZSUN/BTTF offering memoranda this conflict of interest?
