The volume over the last 2 days is explained by the press
release after market-close today (see below). Looks like
Mr. Fleming, and anyone close to him, were punching-out
their hundreds-of-thousands of shares during this time.
Even though this looks pretty bad, I wonder what the hell he
contributed during his time there anyway? okay.. what the
hell has anyone been doing there after Chrobak left? Considering
the marketing exposure planned for August, if ATYR can stay
solvent through it, it just may spark some public interest.

Announces Personnel Change

BOULDER CITY, Nev., July 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Richard A. Steinke, Chairman of the Board of
Directors of American Tire Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: ATYR - news) announced today
that effective July 27, 1999, Roger A. Fleming has been relieved from employment as President
and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. The Company has not named a replacement to
succeed Mr. Fleming, who remains a member of the Company's Board of Directors. Until such
time as a replacement has been named, John Hoffman, the company's Chief Executive Officer will
assume operating responsibilities.
