Manfred, welcome aboard. I refuse the mantel of thread master. I am just one of the posters interested in the company. You asked a simple question that would take days to answer. In my opinion the management is very solid. They will have five new products in the market by December of 2000. The company has been in the "Steet's" doghouse because of accounting questions. That issue will be resolved, according to the management, in days. Obviously, no one knows what the outcome will be, however, the CEO believes that there will be no earnings revision. IMO the stock is undervalued. I have been buying during the downturn and I have not lost the faith. Merrill see the price at 50 within a year. Merrill however is a perma-bull for this stock. But that doesn't mean they are wrong. Your input is always welcome. Long on Eln. Bill
