The gal I spoke with - at length - told me that the company intends to do a reverse split at some time in the future.

Now, I am not saying this just to spook you guys. I am just telling you what I was told at the time when I spoke to the company several months ago. Besides I know that you are all big boys and already know that there are 800 mill authorized and over 350 mill OS...and that does not concern you... so why worry now.

I had the CEO of QPRC tell me they were going to do a reverse split also. I have read that others claim to have spoken to the company [QPRC] and are now getting a different story. [from QPRC] IF the company changes its story - I dont buy either - cuz I cant be sure they just wont change it again. I have been caught in enuf reverse splits with unpleasant endings to simply stay clear of them all together. Anybody who has been caught trying to exit a penny stock after the announcment of a RS knows exactly what I am talking about.

There are exceptions - like ASSM which reverse split and is now ASDD - I would be up a cool 13 grand or better on my original 120k shares purchased at .01 on the old shell --- only I got fooled on the SECOND reverse [which I did not know took place] and the MM got my shares. I didnt loose any money --- but did not make the big bucks I should have. I did learn a LOT though on that trade.

Anyway, This IS a good little company...no doubt. Just be careful.
