Here's the link to the Casino story.. wired.com The government is trying to close down the online casino's. They are laying the foundation that proves that it does not matter where the server is... then they go after Interstate gambling over phone lines / cable, an old 1960(?) Federal law. This ruling affects other businesses besides casino's. If you are selling a product that someone else has the rights to sell in your state and you say that you're not really operating in the state because your server is in another state, you may be in trouble. This will take time, but I believe Internet casino's will be gone in the U.S.
