I spoke to the president of the company: He said, in no uncertain terms, that they are in this so they can be acquired in the future and that is the only reason he could see for a reverse split. He said that he and his relatives are the biggest share holders of CLSI, holding more than 150 Million shares, and that he knows a reverse would hurt the net share price, and his personal pocket. Therefore, unless their was a buyout or acquisition of some sort, there will be NO REVERSE. I got this update directly from him last week. Please feel free to call him yourself for an update.
