Big Bob J. is the programning man. The QP help provides:

StochasticPctK( DayNum )
Returns the value of the stochastic PctK oscillator for the selected date. DayNum must be <= 0. For example, StochasticPctK( 0 ) returns the oscillator value for the most current date. StochasticPctK( -29 ) returns the oscillator value from 30 trading days ago.

I assume you want StochasticPctK( 0 ) >60. If you post your attempt (use copy and paste) you can be helped better.
