Richard: Welcome aboard. IPM and Maxam will end up being the saviors of the junior mining industry. Besides Bre-X, we also have the Delgratia fiasco pulling down the junior. Between that and the shorties, fantastic buying opportunities exist in the DD Blue Chips.
