Brian, Seagate owns about a third of Dragon if memory serves. I wouldn't place too much of a value on it at the present time. Yes Seagate owns 69 million shares of VRTS. I believe they mentioned in their last conference call that it was 41% of the company. I will check my notes and post if inaccurate. The VRTS share number you have is probably not up to date. -RD
