The fundamentals of their business have changed. You can either get free internet access if you buy a computer or a free computer if you sign up for paid internet access. And aol's user friendly gui is pretty well matched by yhoo - for free! How is aol supposed to capture their unfair share of the newbies? I just visited my mom for a week, and used her computer to get online. When I set up her system last year, I put her on aol. I found their internet interface to be really clumsy. It wasn't a matter of speed, though, just ease of use. I have to confess, I love Mr. Softee, but I can't give up my Netscape Navigator. In short, I think this is a win/lose proposition between msft and aol, and I like msft. Frank
