Dale, UOLP filed a registration today to allow more than 5 million shares to be sold. Covers the convertible debentures, Hambricht and Quist financing, as well as numerous previous sales of convertible stock, warrants, shares issued via acquisitions, etc.

Will more than double the number of shares outstanding.
