Thanks Jay. I'm not as interested in the intricacies of the business as much as I should be. But I am interested in the overall outlook. Do you or any other thread poster has any opinions as to the quality of the management team leading this company? Because, here is where it all resides. In my opinion mediocre management can ruin a great company, while good management can resolve almost any problem. Jerome
