Walter W. Buckley, of ICGE and SFE The following is from the prospectus: Walter W. Buckley III is a co-founder and has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer and as one of our directors since March 1996. Prior to co-founding us, Mr. Buckley worked for Safeguard Scientifics as Vice President of Acquisitions from 1991 to February 1996. Mr. Buckley directed many of Safeguard Scientifics' investments and was responsible for developing and executing Safeguard Scientifics' multimedia and Internet investment strategies. Mr. Buckley serves as a director of VerticalNet, Sky Alland Marketing, Who?Vision Systems, Syncra Software, PrivaSeek, Breakaway Solutions and e-Chemicals. Media coverage has been limited to local papers.
