Rumor of a SEBL Stock Swap/Buyout of INFR.(Yeah I know.)
Any thoughts to this one? Stock moved up a bit today with twice the normal volume.

Both in customer management software with Inference pushing more of a Web based approach.

biz.yahoo.com

Synergy:
messages.yahoo.com

Infr is cheap:
biz.yahoo.com

SEBL would have very little dilution even at twice the current price for INFR.

biz.yahoo.com
Market Cap in excess of 5 billion.

SEBL (San Mateo) and INFR (Novato) are both in the San Francisco Bay Area. (Yes, of course it takes much more than this but it makes negotiations and integration much easier. Look at Cisco's approach to buying companies based upon geographical location as well as synergy.)

Comments, Flames?
