NTOP priced at $15 tonight, above its raised range of $12~$14, good sign so far. This is from the IDTC thread, don't know if it is true. Total amount will be 5.4 million shares, plus allocation for over subscription. This was also raised from 4.2 million initially and then 4.8 million later. They eventually settled at 5.4 million at $15, from the original plan of 4.2 million shares at $10~$12.
