Thanks for the summary. I haven't had a chance to listen yet, but will post my comments.

Initial comments from the press release. Given the EPS this company should be trading at a higher multiple, and after several good quarters the trailing PE is going to be in mid-teens. Forward PE will be even lower once eMRO begins paying for itself. Given the prospects there's still lots of upside IMO.

Software sales grew at 14%. In your post you mentioned MP5 selling slow because of not enough salespeople. They need to remedy that and get software sales up somewhat. Software sales will lead to future opportunity in consulting and tech support. The $1.5 million drag due to eMRO you mention is going to hurt for the next few quarters, but the payoff could be sizeable.

You mentioned Ariba as a competitor. They're a bigname player, although revs are tiny right now. They recently IPO'd to the tune of some multi Billion dollar market cap.
