Semco, on July 26, executed a contract with Mutual Wholesale food distributors, the 2nd largest meat and wholesale food service distributor in Florida, and the 16th largest nationwide, for provision of sanitation testing at Mutual's facilities. Furth er,Mutual and Semco have agreed to provide food safety training to all of Mutual's clients, with Semco being responsible for the education and training. This relationship will benefit both companies, as Mutual will be able to provide a value-added ser
vice to their clients and Semco will be able to demonstrate its services to many of its target-specific markets in one location.Semco is in the test phase with several large multi-store chain customers for year-round monitoring of each facility, and
