Josh .. DD / COC

I would tender it all ( ie all your DD stock ) and
hope that you get a 50% allocation of COC on the
theory that it will be 'oversubscribed' .. If I'm
close on the math .. 440 million COC shs converts
a little over 149 million DD shares and that's about
10% of DD's total shares outstanding .. Is this
what you're thinking, too ??
