No the secondary was "relatively good, but it got off a good $10 to $15 from the top, due to delay between announcement and offering, IMHO. Watch the numbers that were posted by Steve, in the last 10 quarters we have a wobbly situation in orders and billing. There is no Uptrend" for which you would want to pay a premium, or at least an uptrend (sustainable) in billings. That is why I fear a decline. Zeev
