Some of the relevant comments from TVGuide mgt on the cc: - due diligence identified serious issues in the 11th hour that relate to intellectual property and Canadian law; apparently technology as xferred w/o necessary approval - Source has retained counsel to remedy - no assurance of how this will shake out - this deal with Source was make vs. buy and we do not need the Source investment for anything but to speed up local data This sure proves the need to short poor mgt. I would hate to be long this stock if was counting on this deal. Don't worry, AOL will come through.
