I don't think so. The only thing that changed, that would be of any concern to the VSE, is the price of the units. They increased by .04 cents. If SYD tried to amend at a lower price per unit then there may be trouble. An increase of four cents is irrelevant. It should be approved tomorrow. IMO. Colt
