Kendall, I have the $6.95 version of Briefing.com and I find it extremely valuable. I keep the window open all day. Especially for upgrades/downgrades I don't see elsewhere, also updated constantly thoughout the day. It also is helpful when you want to find out why a stock is acting the way it is - a decent news search engine is included. Also they have pretty good 'market pulse' updates and info on the big movers each day, and premarket prices on some stocks. They also have begun to pay more and more attention to the 'new' stocks out there and not so much the old blue chips of ther past. Pretty good earnigs calendar too.
