Hard to judge these things; i.e., I wouldn't take that offhand BW comment to heart. The Company just posted strong earnings, the stock is doing beautifully from a TA perspective in a choppy market and JDSU takes in $600 million or so. Yes, there may be dilution, and typically upon the announcement of a secondary, price tends to decline. Here, upon the news of the pricing of an offering that the market has had a couple of weeks to discount already, I don't think you'll necessarily get a great buying opportunity. FWIW
