i would tend to agree. i took a position for my accounts over the past 2 days @ an avg of just under 13 3/8- the declining volume @ this stage of the fall was the final trigger for me after doing my fundamental due dil. even if we don't hold up here @ 13 and dip below, i figure we'll recover back to this level soon after any fall through it. i usually tend to be a bit early, but not by much- just damn glad i kept my finger off the trigger on the initial drop- my indicators worked well in this instance and kept me from jumping in @ 18-19.

the stock is soooo oversold that the bounce players have got to be close to taking the plunge. i figure the first stop when it bounces is the 17-17 3/8 area, possibly making it to the top of the fall @ 19 1/2. it will be a tough call then as to whether to hold thru the inevitable pull back, or bail and try to re-enter. down the line, that huge gap down (~44- 19.5)on the 7th offers a great opportunity when/if this thing recovers. a lot of strict technicians won't touch the stock til it breaks thru that resistance, but when/if it does, the volume will pour in. anyway, getting way ahead of the situation at hand.......

for a recent comparable, take a look @ asdv (in @ roughly 7 3/4).

to disclose, i'm obviously long both neon and asdv (duh!) in my accounts. and all is clearly imo only......nick
