And, just a note on dsl deployment: DSL.net will be going the IPO route on 8/12. That will add $100 MM to roll out dslams to second-tier cities in the US (per prospectus). Their focus is data, only, symmetrical streams. Probably means HDSL2, though prospectus does not say which dsl they're using.

(My interpretation is that it is a company being created to be sold to a larger CLEC, after rollout).
