I guess you haven't followed this tread too long nor have you traded much with Fidelity. I've had a Fidelity account for 15 years. The number of times that the account has been inaccessable due to system problems has been extremely rare. I do admit that most of the years I used broker or touchtone access and I have only been following this thread for a month or two. You can argue about the execution quality, but I have never had any problems with not being able to trade. Until yesterday that is. What other reason would anyone have for using Fidelity? Eric
