My take on the price issue is WINR doesn't have a lot of operating history. So, with 2 QTRS of profits equal to 5 cents, WINR is trading at 25X trailing twelve months earnings. To gain price, WINR is going to need to maintain EPS growth at 150-200 % rate likely another two-three quarters. THEN - investment community will see history of EPS, a growth rate which can be plotted for viewing, and some major contracts on the table, from diversified business areas ( gaming, banking, stock trading, e_commerce ).
With all that WINR has in its favor, my excitement is drawing an image of where it will be SEP 2001 and beyond. Even Microsoft traded under a dollar for more than two quarters, and it was an operational company. I can even recall comments about what a foolish investment it was, just throwing away money. At the time, IBM was the "right" investment. Well, we see how a few years later, all that changed.
Is WINR an MSFT also ? Hold those responses until SEP 2003. We'll have an excellent indication.
