PHLB..Pharmaceutical Laboratories Inc.

PHLB is coming off its 52 week low, last August it hit a high
of $3.125. With only 9.5 million shares outstanding and
3 million in float.Last Wednesday 800,000 shares trades
from what I can tell most of float is in strong hands. MM's
seem to be ready to let this one fly.

Here are a few subject we talk about.
1. Earnings for 1998 will show a profit..only about 2% of
OTC-BB companies can say that.

2. Just sign a contract to be execlusive sport drink of a
Professional Hockey League. (news not on street yet)

3. Over next few weeks 6 NR's should show the investment
world just what a great company this is.

4. PHLB filed form 10-SB to become fully reporting.

5. Some of their American customers WALGREEN'S..ALBERTSON'S
RITE AIDE and AMERICAN STORES. 80% of all Canadian
pharmacy's carry PHLB PRODUCTS.
