(Nasdaq: MSPG - news), a leading national Internet service provider, to provide customers with a comprehensive, easy-to-use guide of online events. MindSpring's Web site ( mindspring.net ) now features a co-branded version of Talk City's popular OnNow service, an up-to-the-minute resource of more than 3,000 online events, including Web concerts, newscasts, online educational courses and celebrity chats.
