Company Press Release

Heartsoft to Distribute Secure Children's Browser
Thru ISPs World-Wide

Confirms New Browser to be Positioned as De Facto Standard for children Accessing the Internet

TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 29, 1999--Heartsoft, Inc. (OTC BB:HTSF - news) acknowledged today that that the company is in talks with dozens of large national and international Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to distribute its new secure browser for children.

Industry-wide appeal for security technologies which have been incorporated into the company's new secure children's browser
have created substantial international interest by ISPs regarding distribution of the new browser.

''Many estimates report that there are over 60 million internet users in the U.S. and over 100 million users world wide. As each of these users signed on to the world wide web, they received copies of either Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator or both, from a local ISP,'' said Benjamin P. Shell, Heartsoft, Inc. Chairman and CEO. ''Many of these ISPs have been looking for a product such as our new browser to distribute to existing and future customers.''

''Our new secure browser will introduce parents and educators world-wide to an age appropriate Internet experience for their
children. While the powerful security features will protect our children from inappropriate Internet-based content to an
extremely high level of accuracy, the new browser will also be an exciting place for children to learn and play,'' said Shell.

The new browser will present young Internet users with an engaging and fun-filled environment from which they can discover the
true power of the Internet.

The company also said that is will announce a projected roll-out date for the new browser and a significant pre-release
marketing campaign soon.

In other related news, Heartsoft said that it had received numerous inquiries from regional and national ISPs into licensing of its
new proprietary image analysis and detection technology. The technology, code-named Gauntlet, analyzes photographic
material found on the Internet for pornographic content. It was created to drastically improve the level of Internet protection in
its new secure browser for children over stand-alone 'text-based' content filters schemes currently employed within the industry.

The new browser will be available for both the home and the school and will operate on both Microsoft (Nasdaq:MSFT -
news) Windows 95/98® and Apple (Nasdaq:AAPL - news) iMac® and Macintosh® platforms. Heartsoft's much anticipated
secure browser offers parents and educators a secure and safe alternative to Microsoft's Internet Explorer and Netscape's
(NYSE:AOL - news) Navigator Internet browsers.

Heartsoft's support of Microsoft Windows 98 significantly expands the company's ability to support hardware manufacturers
such as Dell Computer Corp. (Nasdaq:DELL - news), Compaq Computer Corp. (NYSE:CPQ - news), and Hewlett-Packard
(NYSE:HWP - news), which represent the most widely used platforms in schools and by parents.
