I figuring it was one of the reasons we didn't get a jump in price when they rolled out. FYI, M&I's two best known bill pay clients are TeleBank (80,000 thousand customers), and wingspan.com (starting from scratch). In addition M&I doesn't offer bill presentment. Competition is good? right? :-O Benny
