WorldLink Announces New Product for Broadcasting Audio and Video

Device Simplifies Delivery of Live Video Content to Internet

HOUSTON, July 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Houston's WorldLink Corporation, a division of Pangea (OTC Bulletin Board: PAPO - news) announced today it has begun production of a new product, the ''iCam,'' a device that allows live broadcasting of audio and video content over the Internet using Microsoft Windows Media Technologies.

The devices support full-motion video, which can be viewed by anyone connected to the Internet. ''The iCam is designed to be extremely simple to operate. Basically, you plug the unit in, turn it on, and you are broadcasting video,'' said Walter Westmoreland, President and founder of WorldLink. ''Anyone can view the video streams using Windows Media Player which is available free from Microsoft.''

WorldLink has incorporated leading digital technologies into the product. ''In order to provide the highest-quality experience to
the end user, we have committed to using the best technology available. After evaluating all of the leading streaming formats, we
found that Windows Media Technologies is the uncontested winner in delivering consistent superior results,'' said Westmoreland.

''We're excited that WorldLink is using Windows Media,'' said Kevin Unangst, Lead Product Manager, Streaming Media Division at Microsoft Corp. ''The iCam is a great example of the innovative solutions enabled by Windows Media Technologies.''

WorldLink has entered into an agreement with Chronicle Communications, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CRNC - news) for initial deployment of several of the prototype units. The two companies will install the new devices at Chronicle's facility in Tampa, Florida. Several video signals or ''streams'' will be available for viewing on the Internet on Chronicle's website at chronicleinc.com .

''Chronicle Communications was designated as the location for testing the prototype units because of its one-of-a kind printing press installation and various proposed uses of the iCam technology, such as proprietary company intranet broadcast for security, Internet broadcast of business-related marketing, and investor relations,'' said Westmoreland.

David E. Salmon, Director of Investor Relations for Chronicle Communications, Inc., stated, ''We are excited about using streaming video to reach our business customers, shareholders and enhance our relationship with the manufacturer of our new printing presses. Chronicle has consistently endeavored to stay on the cutting edge of technology. We see streaming video as a logical application of the World Wide Web. We intend to be on the forefront of this development to capitalize on the benefit of increased public communication that streaming media will provide. We are very pleased to work with WorldLink to deploy the iCam technology.''
