From the same disclosure. What the hell does this mean??

Unit shipments for the quarter were flat at ~ 4.4 million units, and aggregate average selling prices (ASPs)were down about 1% from Q2'97. The decline in ASPs of Fast Ethernet adapters was largely mitigated by mix shifts <b/>.
