Zurdo, I reached him on tuesday. He stands by his words in the earnings release where he said they have strengthened the underwriting team. He would not comment on the star tribune article, he pointed out that it was not an interview with him and he did not return their (star tribunes) calls. I mentioned to him that I was shaken out of much of my shares for a loss but was still holding several thousand for the ipo. He said he was sorry to hear that and hoped I was not on margin. I asked about the 9/9 shareholders meeting and he confirmed the date without any indication of that day being pivotal to the ipo one way or another. All in all I have to believe that they are in fact working on this thing and sooner or later it will happen, Paulson's just a tough nut to crack. Chuck
