Mariba is not a public company it was only an idea 4 months ago when these guys left SUNW, as for JAVA being the next big deal for the internet it looks as though it will be if they get all the security issues addressed. My question to the group is i spoke to a programmer that said microsoft's windows NT is HOT, what are the ramifications of msft's operating system displacing UNIX oper systems and what exactly does active x do? do eother of these issues pose a threat to SUNW long or short term?
