People that have more insight in either TA or FA can predict stocks very well, the best are whose who are good at both TA and FA and can combine them. The best short thread in SI I have seen is one that the guy basically use fundaments to choose his picks, and had a 96% correct rate( but his TA is poor). I myself also observed numerous situations that how fundaments move stocks. We may continue watching SWRX, see if it will perform like a "dead cat". I think over time it will be back above $10, the length of time depends on general market situation.
