In my opinion, the management bench strength at ASI has always been strong, and has been getting stronger. However, with this new addition, I believe that the management at our little company is getting close to a growth company equivalent of the "dream team."

Applications Outsourcing Pioneer Carlos E. Bravo Joins Advanced Systems International Board
Southfield, MI - July 29, 1999 - Advanced Systems International ("ASI") (NQB: ADSN), a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, today announced the appointment of Carlos E. Bravo to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Bravo is currently a Vice President of USinternetworking Inc., ("USi"). Mr. Bravo was also a co-founder of Comdisco Inc.'s Systems Integration Business Unit, and was instrumental in the startup of several other successful companies.
