Bob, school districts are very concerned about their contracts and content of school lunches. A friend of mine is a nutritionist for public schools. Before any dietary changes are made, an extensive review is made of the diet and content of foods.

Say Yes! milk is being used in large orders from not just one school district, but several. And one of the reasons that Say Yes! milk is preferred is that some people are lactose intolerant and Say Yes! milk does not present this particular problem to the school districts.

Now you could make a believable case that one school district slipped up. But as the numbers increase, you will have a harder time convincing us that all those dieticians are wrong, than the more probable case that you are wrong in your unsubstantiated attacks.

I think that it is clear to all who follow this thread that some people are attempting to post factual information, while others are seeking to destroy the company's reputation, for whatever reason.

I am glad that the intentions of the recent detractors are so obvious and that the issues are fairly black and white.

One last thing, Say Yes! is not the producer of the milk products. The products are "manufactured" by independent dairies across North America and soon (if all goes as planned) into Europe. There is a contract signed to allow the royalties to flow to Say Yes!

Now what you are saying, either directly or by implication, is that Say Yes! doesn't have a product that is genuine and that the company is a scam. Your lack of facts, and the perponderance of the evidence to the contrary, makes your your statements really suspect.

Accept a challenge to prove to us your position. Research the dairies who have signed the contracts. Research the school districts too. Then report back to us with contacts that we may call and verify your story.

Somehow I don't think you'll take the challenge, and if you don't, then spare us your rantings based on unfounded theories!
